Shipping

Your order is packed discreetly using appropriate insulated materials. Our packaging material is purchased in Australia and ensures the correct temperature range is maintained during transportation. It is shipped by tracked delivery.

We aim to approve and dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing the order. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. To comply with cold-chain requirements, orders are shipped Monday to Thursday in order to reach you within 24-48 hours. For example, if you place an order on Thursday 12 pm, it may be dispatched on Monday the following week and delivered to you on Tuesday.

Below are the delivery options and prices:

  •  Same-day delivery: $ 25

(Dispatched Monday to Thursday via next-day tracked delivery service. Dispatch is guaranteed on the next day of placing your order).

  • 2 Days Delivery: $ 15

(Two-day delivery service, dispatched from Monday to Wednesday due to cold-chain requirements)

Missed deliveries and returned orders:

Please ensure someone is at your given shipping address to receive the medication. Medcity will not be liable for any replacements due to missed deliveries.

If your parcel is returned back to us due to repeated missed delivery attempts, Medcity will not issue a replacement or refund. Due to legislation surrounding the safety of the cold-chain medication, any returned Saxenda pens cannot be re-sent and will have to be discarded. Please ensure you or someone else is available to receive the order on the day of delivery.

If you would like your order shipped on a particular day then please let us know and we would be happy to dispatch it on another day.

Update on your orders:

If you have not received your order within 2-3 working days of placing the order then please contact us immediately. Courier companies will not open investigations into missing or undelivered parcels after 14 days of placing orders. If your order has not been delivered to you and you have contacted us more than 14 days after placing the order then unfortunately we may not be able to investigate this further.
